National University LED690 Capstone Project Methodology Submit the Methodology section, also known as Chapter 3 of the project. Refer to the Capstone Guidebook for details for the section.
For the Thesis: Once your methodology is approved, if the 5 Chapter Thesis is in progress, follow the process for the IRB review at the CAYUSE tab available following the sign in process with the student ID etc. (If you have no human interaction then this does not apply to your project, consult course professor.)
This project has no interviews; it is strictly based on historical data from scholarly research

I will provide my work thus far along with some examples of what the professor has provided. From my work I have modified my thesis a little, I think I would like to go more towards this:

How has post-industrial leadership changed the effectiveness of today’s military?
my thoughts on this center around the traditional authoritarian leadership style the military has used for centuries ( instant obedience to orders without question). So a little history as to why it has been this way ads to the context of change. For example, throughout history, major battles have been lost with the loss of a key leader. It has only been in the last couple of decades that the military (well the US military anyway) has there been a paradigm shift to small unit leadership with more post-industrial leadership. Given the nature of war I can see the practicality of both sides.
