The content of the body of the paper should, at minimum, answer these questions:
What is considered a team? What is your experience in working with teams?
What are the positives of working with a team?
What are the challenges of working with a team?
In the scenario, what positives and challenges did you observe?
In the scenario, was the team primarily effective or ineffective? Why?
What suggestions would you have for the team in the scenario to strengthen professionalism? What suggestions do you have to encourage effective communication?
If you were in this situation as an additional team member (not the CEO), how would you conduct yourself in a professional manner?
What strategies do you have for employers to promote professionalism in teams?
Grammatical and Format Requirements:
Your 3- to 4-page paper should consist of a title page, introduction, body, and conclusion, and a reference page that applies appropriate academic documentation to provide credit for all references sources.
The paper must be a double-spaced Word document (.doc or .docx file), in Times New Roman or Arial font size 12, include a minimum of three in-text citations from three academic sources, and adhere to Standard English with correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
