I think it’s important to be efficient and proficient, it is also important to be skilled to adapt in different work environments. I think it’s important to be able to adaptable in both areas. Being able to adjust, adapt and cultivate in a workplace is a great benefit to an organization and those involved. I would advise my CEO to encourage staff to spend more time coaching and developing their workers, always keeping them updated and aware of changes and equip them to better serve others.
I have heard this speech many of times before. The biggest takeaway I got from it was that you have to fins love in what you do and learn from others. The benefit from learning from others, helps us to make better choices for ourselves. This makes learning from other people’s mistakes and successes more efficient and helps play a factor on our decision making.
